Overview: NONSENSE is a quarterly magazine documenting the creative process across all genres and mediums, featuring interviews, essays, and techniques from artists themselves.
Problem: Whether it’s art, music, design, or dance–creative work never begins with the finished piece. The journey of creating is a unique yet shared experience and it’s different for everyone. Plenty of other publications already showcase the final masterpiece, but few illuminate the story by showing the scribbles on the napkin behind it.
Solution: NONSENSE spans 52 pages spotlighting the process of creative work, curating these experiences told by artists themselves to illuminate the wide variety of approaches, techniques, and advice from behind the curtain. Created for a range of readers from creative professionals to those seeking weekend inspiration, NONSENSE helps inspire artistic curiosity for those desiring a deeper dive.
